This monthly service package is designed to give you ‘no limit’ phone access to our team when you have any questions on mobile messaging or marketing. We can also trouble shoot any problems you may be having with your campaigns and be available as a review point to double check your campaigns before they go live each month

Access to our team when you need us
You can contact any of our support team via phone to discuss your campaigns or anything relating to mobile messaging and marketing. You also have priority support via chat and email for any technical support questions relating to MOBIT. We are there to provide strategic guidance to avoid any potential roadblocks on the horizon.

Here's what's Included

  • Priority phone support during business hours. 
  • Two (2) hours each month with one of our Customer Success Strategists to review your mobile messaging strategy, your campaigns and answer questions you may have.
  • Additional hours available as required for mobile messaging and marketing advice/support or assistance with your campaigns.

  • Cost $197/month 
  • Minimum 3 month term - billed monthly
