Orientation & Strategy

Welcome aboard! This is your first orientation and strategy session with a mobile success coach where you will;

  • Discuss your mobile marketing objectives

  • Learn the fundamentals of mobile messaging & marketing

  • Discuss and confirm a strategy for your first mobile campaign

  • Identify your email or CRM platform for integration

 


Integration

If you are with Infusionsoft, our team will setup the integration for you, sync all your contacts, custom fields and tags. We also utilize Zapier to integrate with other great applications such as MailChimp, ActiveCampaigns, Hubspot, Marketo and hundreds of others. We take care of all the tricky stuff for you and show you how it's all done during your next coaching session.






Self paced learning

During the Quick Start process your mobile coach will assign you small tasks to help you build your knowledge as fast as possible. We also provide you with;

  • An extensive knowledge base.

  • Step by step guided tutorials.

  • Access to our video tutorials.

  • Email and chat support.

Campaign design & setup

From your desired marketing or campaign objective, your dedicated customer success strategist will create your very first mobile automation campaign. This includes;

  • Creating your mobile pages to meet your brand guidelines and campaign objective.

  • Intelligent forms to capture lead information.

  • Campaign rules and logic to obtain optimal conversion results.

  • Testing the campaign prior to 'go live'.



Feedback

Your mobile coach and customer success strategist will check in with you at each step of the process to make sure everything is on track and that you are happy with the campaign and designs for your mobile campaign pages. If it's not right then we'll make it right!

 

Campaign review & training

This session is where we bring everything together for you. Your mobile coach will take you through your campaign, how your account was setup including the integration points and then run a final campaign. This also includes;  

  • Recap of the features and functions of MOBIT.

  • Review of our help center.

  • How to duplicate and re purpose your campaign.

  • Review of all conversion goals and page actions.

 





Manage & monitor

We work with you to launch your campaign but we don't stop there. We will manage and monitor your campaign to make sure your conversion goals are maximized. If you have a live or special event then this is the plan for you. Your mobile coach and our team will take care of your mobile messaging and lead generation while you focus on the things you are good at on 'game day'.

 

Measure results

At the end of your first campaign, your coach will walk you through the reporting module and show you how to view all the key results and metrics from your campaign. This includes;

  • All messages delivered and opened.

  • Total conversion rate of campaign..

  • Page views and object interactions (e.g video watched, button clicked etc...).

  • New leads and contacts added to campaign audience.





Support

Our support team are always available via email and chat. Our extensive knowledge base and walk through tutorials are also a great way to refresh your learning. If you are running live events and would like special assistance or would like one of our team to review your campaign prior to the event then we are available at any time.
