Your CSS will be your point of contact for your On-boarding and also be available to discuss your longer term mobile marketing strategy and ensure your success with MOBIT.

Here is what you can expect during your Onboarding
I'll be reaching out shortly to welcome you to MOBIT and setup our first or three training sessions together. You will also receive our training workbook via email so that you can add notes as we move along in our training sessions.
We will review your MOBIT plan and any other requirements you may have.
In our first session together, I will help you setup your account and show you how to create and send your first MOBIT campaign. We will also;
In this session, I will walk you through the extended features of MOBIT and outline the campaign workflow capabilities of MOBIT. We will also review your mobile landing pages and share some great tips that will help you maximize your mobile opt in rates.
This is the time for the two of us to review everything we have covered in our previous sessions and discuss appropriate mobile marketing strategies for your business. The end of this call completes your MOBIT Quick START session.
END OF Ready START
Turnkey is our most popular training plan. We will take you through the full Quick START program above as this ensures you have a good base level understanding of MOBIT. We then work together to establish your goals for mobile marketing and agree a plan to build a campaign that meets your objectives and brand identity.
In this session, we will leverage your brand assets (images, videos etc..) that will be used throughout your MOBIT campaign. We help you define your marketing offer or lead magnet and establish the campaign workflow and landing pages to support this.
In between sessions, as you're building out the campaign on your own, I will stay in touch via email and phone to help provide guidance on best practices and ensure your campaign build goes smoothly.
Our final session together is a final 'wrap up and review' of the campaign we have created together and ensure that you have everything you need to launch your campaign. Together, we will double check the workflow and sequence steps and landing pages of your first campaign, ensure your lists are in order and get ready to push the green light! Your CSS will be keeping a close watch on your campaign as it launches to make sure everything goes smoothly.
I’ll schedule a final call with you to talk through the results of your campaign and suggest ways in which to continue to build your mobile list, optimize your campaign and plan new ones.
The end of this call completes your Turnkey program. From this point, any of our team are available via chat and email for support or direct phone support (plan option dependent).
