Orientation

Welcome aboard! This is your first personalized one-on-one orientation session with our implementation specialist where you will;

  • Discuss your mobile marketing objectives.

  • Learn the fundamentals of mobile messaging & marketing.

  • Learn the core functions and features of MOBIT.

  • Identify your email or CRM platform for integration.

 


Account setup

In between your training sessions, your mobile coach will setup your account and optimize your settings based on the country you will be marketing to. From your first training session and brief, they will also;

  • Creating a mobile template page for your first campaign.

  • Intelligent forms to capture lead information.

  • Campaign rules and logic to obtain optimal conversion results.

  • Testing the campaign prior to 'go live'.





Self paced learning

During the Quick Start process your mobile coach will assign you small tasks to help you build your knowledge as fast as possible. We also provide;

  • An extensive knowledge base.

  • Step by step guided tutorials.

  • Access to our video tutorials.

  • Phone, email and chat support.

Integration

If you are with Infusionsoft, our team will setup the integration for you, sync all your contacts, custom fields and tags. We also utilize Zapier to integrate with other great applications such as MailChimp, ActiveCampaigns, Hubspot, Marketo and hundreds of others. We take care of all the tricky stuff for you and show you how it's all done during your next coaching session.




Training

Your mobile coach will take you through the more advanced features of MOBIT and show you how to build your first messaging  campaign for lead generation or marketing. By the end of this session, you should be well on your way to mastering MOBIT. This session includes!

  • A review of campaign builder.

  • How to build your intelligent mobile pages.

  • Using our form builder to capture leads.

  • Review of the advanced automation features.

Quarterly Reviews

Our support team are always available via email and chat. Our extensive knowledge base and walk through tutorials are also a great way to refresh your learning.  Once a quarter, your customer success manager is available to discuss and assist with your campaigns and provide guidance on how to get the best results with MOBIT.
