QUICK START TRAINING

 

With the help of your dedicated Mobile Strategist, you will receive expert guidance on how best to configure your application, view example campaigns you may wish to replicate, and even provide unique ideas based on your own business to leverage the awesome power of MOBIT. Quick Start Training includes two one-on-one personalized sessions.  These sessions are conducted online and in English.


PROGRAM TIMELINE

This is what you can expect during your Personalized 'Quick Start' Training program.

 



Orientation

Welcome aboard! This is your first (of two) personalized one-on-one orientation sessions with your dedictated mobile marketing strategist. Is this session, you will;

  • Discuss your mobile marketing objectives.

  • Learn the fundamentals of mobile messaging & marketing.

  • Learn the core functions and features of MOBIT.

  • Identify your email or CRM platform for integration.

 




Account setup

In between your training sessions, your mobile strategist will setup your account and optimize your settings based on the country you will be marketing to. From your initial orientation session, your mobile strategist may also;

  • Design and create a mobile landing page to be used in your first MOBIT campaign. This may also include;

  • Setup of your 'opt in' lead capture process to enable you to build your mobile lists.

  • Setup of a simple mobile campaign to be used in your second online training session.

  • Planning for your second online session.



Self paced learning

Your mobile strategist may assign you small tasks to help you build your knowledge of our application. In between your 'online' sessions, we also suggest that you familiarize yourself with our in-app help facilities, including;

  • Our extensive knowledge base.

  • Step by step guided tutorials.

  • Access to our video tutorials.

  • Email and chat support.


Second online training session

Your mobile coach will take you through the more advanced features of MOBIT and show you how to build your first messaging  campaign for lead generation or marketing. By the end of this session, you should be well on your way to mastering MOBIT. This session includes!

  • A review of campaign builder.

  • How to build your intelligent mobile pages.

  • Using our form builder to capture leads.

  • Review of the advanced automation features.



Ongoing Support

Our team of mobile strategists and support staff are always available via our chat service. This level of support is provided free of charge. You can also request 'follow-up' online sessions, or even regular monthly reviews with your mobile strategist to assist you with your mobile campaigns. We have a range of Consulting Service 'bundles' to fit your budget. Phone support is available but only when a Consulting Service 'bundle' has been ordered, and your account is in credit.
